Due to the direct and
indirect reference to the Fourth Way Law without the permission of the author,
HRH Princess Basmah Bint Saud bin Abdul-Aziz Al Saud, the Media Office has
decided to publish her book on all websites in both Arabic and English. As from
today, it will be available for all to read. A copy can be obtained from the

The book was officially
documented by the Ministry of Culture at the Riyadh International Book Fair
under no. 342088 and the King Fahd National Library in 2016 under no.
4833/1437. The book was also signed at the Bahrain International Book Fair on
April 2nd 2016 and the 26th Abu Dhabi International Book Fair on April 30th
2016.
The thesis for the
Fourth Way Law was published on January 1st, 2013 on HRH Princess Basmah Bint
Saud bin Abdul-Aziz Al Saud's websites. It was registered at the European Union
in 2014 after being discussed at the European Parliament in 2012, under no.
012796983. The Fourth Way Law was also registered at the Congress Library in
2015 under ref. TXU-1-972-991. Her Royal Highness Princess Basmah Bint Saud bin
Abdul-Aziz Al Saud enjoys full intellectual rights for these works.
Any reference to the
Fourth Way Law without the approval of HRH Princess Basmah Bint Saud bin Abdul-Aziz
Al Saud will be liable to legal prosecution under local and international
intellectual laws whether the persecutors be members of the public, academics
or institutions. The Fourth Way Law has been recorded in all countries as an
official thesis and it's intellectual content documented.
The Media Office states
that anyone who wants to quote or take ideas from the Fourth Way Law must
contact HRH Princess Basmah Bint Saud bin Abdul-Aziz Al Saud through the Media
Office by email in order to avoid prosecution.
